Product Overview
Purification Panels, also known as cleanroom panels, are specially engineered wall and ceiling systems designed for controlled environments requiring strict cleanliness, dust-free conditions, and easy sanitation.
The panel consists of a flat, non-porous surface layer (pre-painted steel, stainless steel, or anti-bacterial coated steel) bonded to a core material such as rock wool, EPS, PU foam, or aluminum honeycomb. The seamless, flush design eliminates dust-trapping gaps and allows for quick wipe-down cleaning.
These panels are the standard choice for pharmaceutical factories, electronics cleanrooms, food processing plants, hospitals, and laboratories.

Core Material Options
Rock Wool Core
Class A non-combustible fire rating. Excellent sound absorption and thermal insulation. Best for fire-rated cleanroom walls and partitions.
PU (Polyurethane) Core
Class B fire rating with excellent thermal insulation. Lightweight and high structural strength. Best for temperature-controlled cleanrooms such as cold storage or constant-temperature rooms.
EPS Core
Economical option with Class B fire rating. Lightweight and easy to install. Best for general cleanrooms with lower fire safety requirements.
Aluminum Honeycomb Core
Ultra-lightweight with extremely high rigidity and flatness. Completely non-combustible. Best for ceilings, sliding doors, and applications requiring minimal load on structures.
Paper Honeycomb Core
Very lightweight and low cost. Suitable for temporary cleanrooms or interior partitions with no fire rating requirement.

Aluminum Profile Connection System
Purification panels are joined using a complete aluminum extrusion system designed specifically for cleanroom construction:
Ceiling connection: T-grid or concealed suspension system
Wall-to-wall connection: Vertical cam-lock profiles with rubber sealing
Wall-to-floor connection: Curved cove profiles (no sharp corners for easy cleaning)
Wall-to-ceiling connection: Right-angle profiles with sealant
Door & window frames: Pre-assembled aluminum frames with gaskets
All profiles are made of anodized or powder-coated aluminum for corrosion resistance.
